Hi I'm Kirsty, a Dietitian with over 20 years experience in research, private practice and community health. I have spent a number of years helping individuals improve their health with lifestyle changes.
Now as a mama of two young daughters and a son, I recognise the importance of supporting mamas and caregivers raising healthy and happy families.
I deliver cooking classes to all age groups and abilities to enhance food exposure, food modelling, basic cooking skills and most importantly to have fun. These classes are offered at my private cooking studio and at schools.
