Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Birthday Party Bookings We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness while allowing us to prepare for each party experience. Cancellations 14+ Days Before the Party – A full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date. Cancellations 7-13 Days Before the Party – A 50% refund or full credit towards a future booking. Cancellations Within 7 Days of the Party – No refund is available due to preparation costs and securing the booking time. However, we will do our best to reschedule where possible. No-Show Policy – If the party is canceled without notice, the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.
