Holy Guacamole

Avocadoes are a great source of healthy, good fats and so versatile as a snack! My favourite use of avocado is Guacamole paired with corn chips or rice crackers. It is easy to prepare, filling and free of the common allergens.



Ingredients


1 x Ripe Avocado

¼ Red Onion, finely chopped

½ Tomato, finely chopped

Lime juice, to taste

Salt, to taste


How to Create


1. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until desired consistency - I like mine a little chunky!


Serve with corn chips or rice crackers
